General Policy

• Refunds are not available once enrollment is confirmed.
• Refunds are not available after a course or cohort has started.
• Payment gateway providers are responsible only for payment collection, not refund approval.

Credit Transfers

In limited cases, Learnex Egypt may approve course credit to be moved to another cohort instead of issuing a refund. Credit approvals are reviewed case by case.

Schedule Changes

Private 1:1 programs may be rescheduled before a cohort begins if Learnex receives at least 48 hours notice. This option does not apply to group cohorts after confirmation.

Corporate Programs

Corporate clients should refer to their signed service agreement for cancellation terms, attendance commitments, and invoicing adjustments.
